How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically arrives within 5–7 business days for U.S. orders. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally. At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

How should I store my tea blends?

Keep your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Our resealable packaging helps keep your blends fresh for up to 12 months.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to health and safety regulations, tea blends and consumables cannot be returned once opened.

Are your teas organic or allergen-free?

Some of our blends use organic ingredients, and each product page lists full ingredients. If you have allergies, please review the product details carefully or contact us before ordering.
