For over two decades, I saw women push themselves to the point of exhaustion. Always caring for others, rarely for themselves. I know what it’s like to feel burned out, overwhelmed, and unsupported, because I’ve been there too.
My own health challenges, combined with the heartbreaking loss of both my parents in their 60s, were a wake-up call. Stress takes its toll, and I knew I had to make changes before it was too late.
That’s when I embraced self-care as a daily, non-negotiable practice. And now, through my writing, content, and product recommendations, I’m on a mission to help you do the same.
